What type of leather do you use?

We use 100% genuine, full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather, selected for its strength, natural texture, and ability to age beautifully.

What is vegetable-tanned leather?

Vegetable-tanned leather is treated using natural plant-based tannins rather than chemicals. This process results in durable leather that develops a rich patina over time.

Is your leather real and durable?

Yes. Our wallets are made from real, full-grain leather—not bonded or synthetic materials—and are designed to last for many years with proper care.

Are your wallets suitable for everyday use?

Do your wallets include RFID protection?

Returns

What is your extended warranty?

All Theodoros items are backed by up to 10 years of warranty coverage when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. If a manufacturing or material defect occurs, we will cover return shipping and provide a free repair or replacement.

This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. Natural wear, markings, and leather patina that develop over time are also excluded. For full details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

What is your return policy?

Non-custom items may be returned within the stated return period, provided they are unused and in original condition.
